Real Indian food — breakfast, curries and comfort meals — cooked in a proper kitchen with whole spices, then freeze-dried. Cut the pouch, fill it to the line, add boiling water. A full bowl in ten minutes. No pan, no chopping, no cleanup.

Yes — and not as an afterthought. Every recipe is built without onion or garlic from the first step, tempered with hing instead. And because "no onion no garlic" means different things in different homes, we go further: every root vegetable — ginger, potato, carrot — is declared on every product page, right next to the full ingredient list. Nothing hidden. Nothing to guess.
It won't — because it isn't made like one. We cook the actual dish in a real kitchen — whole spices, slow technique — then freeze-dry the finished meal. The water leaves, the flavour stays. Boiling water puts the water back. The same meal, paused.
For a full bowl of paneer or dal — not a snack. Delivery costs ₹500–800, arrives cold, and you can't see whose kitchen it came from. Cooking it properly costs three hours and a sink of pans. This is the ₹299 that ends the 9pm negotiation.
One of each — Paneer Butter Masala Rice, Dal Khichadi, Rajma Masala & Jeera Rice, Sabudana Khichadi and Idli Sambhar. Try all five, find the one your house asks for again. If they don't taste like real food, we'll make it right, no hoops.

Early tasters, in their own words — and the paperwork behind the kitchen.
"The meals came in really handy on our trip, especially one night when we were in a clutch. Amazing product. Keep developing, keep pushing."
"Loved your idli sambhar and paneer rice — it was amazing. You should have done this before I went to America, I struggled so much."
"I had the paneer last night. The taste is definitely there, and I sense you have a winner on your hands. It is a meal on the go, and I think you are on to something."
"I tried two of the four samples you sent and they were delicious. To my surprise, they did not taste like rehydrated food at all. I should probably order your whole menu. I want more."
The #1 fear with freeze-dried food is getting the water wrong. So we printed the answer on the pouch.

Cooked the way it's cooked at home — real spices, slow technique, no shortcut powders.

No preservatives, no MSG, no palm oil. No onion, no garlic in anything we make.

Boiling water, a ten-minute wait, eat. No pan, no chopping, no cleanup.

No refrigeration, ever. Cupboard, desk drawer, or rucksack.

Most of them are Tuesdays.
Vegetables, lentils, dairy and whole spices — the same things you'd cook with at home. Freeze-drying means nothing needs preserving, because without water nothing spoils. No MSG, no palm oil, no artificial anything.
We're not on this table to beat home cooking. We're here to beat the five things you actually do when you can't cook.

We cook with asafoetida (hing) in place of onion and garlic — full flavour, still completely no onion, no garlic.

Freeze-drying takes the water out of a cooked meal at low temperature. Without water, food doesn't spoil — so there's nothing to preserve it against. That's why you won't find a preservative on the ingredient list. Not preservative-free as a slogan. Preservative-free because it doesn't need one.

Freeze-drying removes the water from a cooked meal. You put the water back. Everything below is just doing that properly.
The #1 fear with freeze-dried food is getting the water wrong. So we printed the answer on the pouch — no cup, no math.
Tear open the pouch. Tip the contents into a bowl. Take out the oxygen absorber sachet and throw it away — it keeps the food dry, it isn't food.
Cut the pouch horizontally along the printed line. The bottom becomes a cup. Fill it with water to the top edge. That is exactly the water this meal needs — no cup, no math.
Pour that water into a kettle or pot and bring it to a rolling boil. Boiling matters — warm water won't rehydrate it properly.
Pour the boiling water over the contents. Stir five or six times so it reaches everything. Cover with a lid — a plate works, airtight is better.
Set a timer — seven minutes minimum, ten for the softest bowl. Don't open it early. Uncover, stir five or six times again, and eat hot.
Boiling water + the right amount + 5–6 stirs + 5 full minutes covered = the right way.
Yes. Cool water rehydrates freeze-dried food fully — it just takes heat afterwards. Add cool water to cover the contents, microwave 3–5 minutes, stir, then let it rest 7–10 minutes before eating.
Like home. We cook the real recipe in a real kitchen and freeze-dry the finished dish, so taste, texture and aroma come back — not a powder's version of them.
