The short version: if it doesn't taste like real food, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right — a refund or a replacement, your choice.
The longer version, because food is a special case.
Because we sell food, we can't accept returns of opened pouches for hygiene and safety reasons. But that isn't a way of avoiding the promise — we don't need the pouch back to believe you.
Don't eat it. Send us a photo and we'll replace the whole order immediately, no questions.
Unopened pouches may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are undamaged and in original packaging. Return shipping is on us if the fault is ours; on you if you simply changed your mind.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it can take a further few days to appear.
Pouches consumed in full with no fault reported, orders reported after 7 days, or products bought from a retailer other than us (please contact them).
