Return and Refund Policy

The short version: if it doesn't taste like real food, tell us within 7 days and we'll make it right — a refund or a replacement, your choice.

The longer version, because food is a special case.

Because we sell food, we can't accept returns of opened pouches for hygiene and safety reasons. But that isn't a way of avoiding the promise — we don't need the pouch back to believe you.

If you're unhappy with your order

  • Email admin@wholiciusfoods.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Tell us your order number and what went wrong.
  • We'll offer a full refund or a replacement — your choice. No hoops, no forms, no returning the pouch.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, bloated or past its date

Don't eat it. Send us a photo and we'll replace the whole order immediately, no questions.

Unopened pouches

Unopened pouches may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are undamaged and in original packaging. Return shipping is on us if the fault is ours; on you if you simply changed your mind.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it can take a further few days to appear.

What we can't refund

Pouches consumed in full with no fault reported, orders reported after 7 days, or products bought from a retailer other than us (please contact them).
