Tear open the pouch. Empty contents into a bowl. Remove the freshness sachet.
Fill the empty pouch with water up to the printed 200 ml line. That is your exact amount.
Pour the measured water into a kettle or pot. Bring it to a rolling boil.
Pour boiling water into the bowl. Stir 5–6 times. Cover with an airtight lid.
Wait a full 5 minutes, don’t open early. Uncover, stir 5–6 times, and eat hot.
